45 Second.com is owned and operated by Royal Golden Enterprise GmbH a company domiciled in Switzerland and founded in 2008. All of our material is approved under the publishing rights by the Author Don Failla and Nancy Failla and published programs are produced to the highest quality. In the case that a product item is not available or a delay in the production has occurred, we will immediately notify you of such delay and provide you with the following options:
1. Maintain order and be updated of estimated delivery time
2. Cancel order and a refund for the total amount of your order will be processed using the original method of payment.

We accept orders from International Customers.
3. Delivery Time
We engage professional Fulfillment Service Companies to process and ship all International orders. We make every effort to ship your order within  business days from the date of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, public holidays, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping and handling charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax or import duty may apply and is charged according to the province or jurisdiction to which the item is shipped and is the responsibility of the Consignee named in the shipment.6. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery do the following:
1. Point it out to the person from the Courier company
2. Do not sign or accept delivery until you are satisfied that your ordered products are not damaged
3. If necessary, take photo of damage
4. If the product is not damaged, you may sign for delivery at which point you are accepting responsibility that your order is not damaged and goods received are in good acceptable condition.
5. If your order is damaged do not sign for the delivery and have the courier company return shipment to sender.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Support representative at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with a Return Order Authorization number. You can send the defective item in the original packaging by registered mail or with a courier that provides full door to door tracking to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time notifying you of the status of a refund or a replacement product as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
